1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AppoBooking platform, accessible at appobooking.com. By accessing the service, you unreservedly accept these Terms.
2. Registration and Account
- Access to certain features requires creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- AppoBooking reserves the right to suspend any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
For clients:
- Book time slots with providers available on the platform.
- Cancel a booking within the timeframe set by the provider.
- Comply with the payment terms applicable to each service.
For providers:
- Independently manage their availability, services, and pricing.
- Process bookings within the announced timeframes.
- Honor commitments made to their clients.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified partner. AppoBooking does not store any banking data. In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact the relevant provider directly, then AppoBooking at info@appobooking.com if no resolution is reached.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation conditions are set by each provider (minimum notice period shown on their profile). AppoBooking cannot guarantee a refund for late cancellations. In the event of a dispute, AppoBooking acts as an intermediary but is not a party to the contract between the provider and the client.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Impersonating another person.
- Attempting to access other users' data.
- Publishing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
- Automating access to the service without prior authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the platform (code, design, brand, content) are the property of AppoBooking. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
AppoBooking reserves the right to modify the service or these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting info@appobooking.com. AppoBooking may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction. European consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
